About Patrick

Patrick is a former Supervising Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) for the State of Illinois for areas of law including employment security and long-term care. For more than a decade Patrick was an ALJ for Illinois and is recognized for his knowledge and commitment.

 

Prior to serving as an ALJ, Patrick was a Chicago Police Officer with more than 9 years of experience, serving as a Sergeant in some of the highest crime areas of Chicago. As a Sergeant he supervised 12-16 officers on the third watch, both beat and rapid response officers in the 014th District. Prior to becoming a Chicago Police Officer, Patrick served as a National Account Manager at Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company for 15 years. He was responsible for all sales and service to top 10 national intermodal accounts.

 

Patrick graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Team and Trial Advocacy Team. He attained a B.A. Degree from DePaul University. Patrick's father was the President of Painter's Local 147.
