PATRICK J. VAN ZANEN has been a practicing attorney since 2001. Mr. Van Zanen graduated from Arizona State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science Degree and in 1995 with a Master of Public Administration Degree specializing in public finance. Mr. Van Zanen worked in the Maricopa County Office of Management and Budget as a financial and management consultant before graduating from Arizona State University with a Juris Doctor Degree in 2001.
