Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

I have handled many personal injury cases over the last two years, though one case does come to mind. I represented a client who had been injured in a slip and fall case. The law in Florida makes these types of cases difficult to prove when a liquid substance is part of the reason for the fall. Despite the challenges, I was able to help an elderly woman recover a significant sum of money in settlement, which helped her to cover her medical expenses and be compensated for her injuries, pain and suffering. She was very grateful, and I was happy to be able to help bring her case to a successful conclusion.

Once a client hires me, I return phone calls and emails to keep the person informed on the status of the case, which helps to foster a good relationship with the client. I have a proven track record, work very hard for good results, and help clients understand the law as it applies to their respective cases.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

I have a proven track record and have been practicing law for nearly three decades with very good success in a wide variety of cases. I have been a litigator since I began my practice of law. In addition, I have served as a mentor for many less experienced attorneys.

The most rewarding aspect is helping my clients attain a favorable outcome after they have suffered a loss. My clients come to me with legal problems, and I work tirelessly to help them obtain a resolution.
