Please describe a case(s) in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I have handled many personal injury cases over the last two years, though one case does come to mind. I represented a client who had been injured in a slip and fall case. The law in Florida makes these types of cases difficult to prove when a liquid substance is part of the reason for the fall. Despite the challenges, I was able to help an elderly woman recover a significant sum of money in settlement, which helped her to cover her medical expenses and be compensated for her injuries, pain and suffering. She was very grateful, and I was happy to be able to help bring her case to a successful conclusion.
How did you build a successful practice?
I have created a good network of colleagues, friends and business relations in Deerfield Beach that have helped to bring in a good amount of business. Once a client hires me, I return phone calls and emails to keep the person informed on the status of the case, which helps to foster a good relationship with the client. I have a proven track record, work very hard for good results, and help clients understand the law as it applies to their respective cases.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
I would recommend seeking these traits - competency, a strong advocate, responsive to the client, good reputation in the legal community, and able to handle challenges that arise in the cases.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
A free consultation helps to narrow down the essential facts of the case and allows me to analyze the legal issues to begin framing the case. It also aids in determining if the client has a case worth pursuing.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
I need the names of the people involved in the case, the basic facts (i.e. rear-end car crash, types of vehicles, speed, and so forth), and what the person is seeking to gain from pursuing the case (e.g. money).
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I have a proven track record and have been practicing law for nearly three decades with very good success in a wide variety of cases. I have been a litigator since I began my practice of law. In addition, I have served as a mentor for many less experienced attorneys.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect is helping my clients attain a favorable outcome after they have suffered a loss. My clients come to me with legal problems, and I work tirelessly to help them obtain a resolution.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
I enjoy many different types of sports and spending time with my family
