Paul Bullman represents workers in civilly prosecuting corporations that discriminate, harass and retaliate.

Paul Bullman has served as the lead trial attorney for workers in multiple jury trials involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation. He actively represents clients from the pre-lawsuit stage through trial through appeal.  He has successfully represented workers in hundreds of negotiations and mediations. He represents workers during an investigation, at the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission), at BOLI (Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries) and in court.

Paul is active in various professional organizations including the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association’s chapters in Oregon, Washington and Missouri (Kansas City).

Paul actively advises elected legislators regarding employment laws including discrimination, harassment and retaliation laws.

Paul also has been selected to teach at continuing legal education events involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation, including a recent event involving over 70 attorneys and another event involving over a hundred human resource professionals.

Paul frequently travels the country to participate in and speak at continuing legal education events involving jury trial practice.

Paul has been interviewed by the Washington Post, NPR and other news organizations on the topic of discrimination, harassment and retaliation.

Paul earned a business degree and juris doctor (law degree).

Paul is licensed to practice in Oregon, Washington and Missouri.

Before law school, Paul supported himself through high school and college working a variety of jobs. Paul loaded and unloaded semi-trucks, stocked shelves, cleaned restrooms, delivered pizza and was a proud member the UFCW. After earning a business degree, but before law school, Paul was in management at a Fortune 500 corporation. The experiences in these variety of positions provides Paul with a unique perspective which he uses to assist clients in employment matters.

Paul and his wife enjoy spending time with family (including pets).
