Paul R. Linder, Attorney

Paul Linder, an Orlando native, received the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from the University of Florida in 1979 and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in 1982. Upon graduation he entered practice in Orlando, and in 1984 joined Mr. Griffin in the practice of law. While at the University of Florida, Mr. Linder was a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity, Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Society and Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honorary Society. He was elected to Florida Blue Key and served as its President in 1981. Mr. Linder was named an Outstanding Young Man in America and elected to Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities.

Mr. Linder is a member of the Orange County and American Bar Associations, the Florida Bar, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. His areas of practice include complex personal injury claims, including medical malpractice, nursing home, automobile negligence, wrongful death, product liability, eminent domain, and complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Linder has been rated "AV" by the national publication Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, the highest rating, since 1990.

Mr. Linder is admitted to practice before all Florida Courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Linder is a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Florida Fair, Inc. and the Committee of One Hundred of Orange County, Inc. He was selected as a Leading Florida Attorney in 1997. He is a member of the University of Florida President's Council and the Executive Committee of the UF Law School Alumni Council. In addition to Mr. Linder's law practice, he has served as President of the Orange County Cattleman's Association and the Orange County Farm Bureau. He has been actively involved in legislative issues effecting farmers and cattlemen in the state of Florida, serving on statewide committees of the Florida Farm Bureau for the citrus and cattle industries.
