How did you build a successful practice?
I built a successful practice by having a track record of good client service, listening to client's needs, obtaining good results, finding creative solutions that keep costs low where possible, and word of mouth. Also, I make the client's goals my goals and respond the same day to calls and messages. I see the big picture from the client's perspective and I pay meticulous attention to what the client wants in that matter.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Clients should look for a lawyer a track record of goods results in the type of matter that client has. It does not matter where the office of the lawyer is located. It can be in the client's state or another state. A good question to ask a prospective lawyer before hiring him his what other matters he has handled like the client's issue and what solutions he proposes to address the client's issue.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge is sometimes quite important, but can be attained by engaging local counsel who knows the judge and local procedure.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
In a free telephone consultation, I can provide an answer on whether I can help the client, a timetable for getting a result and the chances of getting a good result or bad result.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
