Attorney Davis is a native and long-time resident of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Dr. Davis’s primary practice areas include business law, commercial transactions, non-profit law, tax-exempt entities, real estate tax assessment appeals, and corporate law. In his spare time, he coaches fencing at Liberty Fencing Club LLC in Warrington, PA. In addition to running this local Bucks County law firm, in Spring 2013, Dr. Davis was an instructor at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law for the practicum of the JD-level Nonprofit Corporations class.

Attorney Spyra began his legal career as an attorney with the United States Department of Justice in Washington D.C. The director of the United States Trustee's Office, at the Department of Justice recruited Mr. Spyra to open a new office in Pittsburgh, PA, to supervise bankruptcy cases on behalf of the federal government. During Attorney Spyra's tenure with the U.S. Trustee's office, he supervised and administrated cases in all chapters under the Bankruptcy Code. Attorney Spyra supervised and assisted with the Chapter 7 legal panel of Trustee attorneys in their effort to ferret out fraud and abuse of the bankruptcy process. This experience provided Attorney Spyra with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the bankruptcy process as an attorney and government prosecutor.

Nicole B. LaBletta has over 18 years of experience and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and the State of New York and practices Estate Planning, Probate, and Estate Litigation.Ms. LaBletta holds a Graduate Tax Certificate in Estate Planning from Villanova University. Ms. LaBletta is affiliated with the following organizations:Montgomery County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association (Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section), the Private Client Tax Committee of the International Bar Association, Member: Philadelphia Estate Planning Council. Additionally, Ms. LaBletta was named a Super Lawyer for Estate Litigation in 2012 and for Estate Planning in 2022 and was named a Lawyer of Distinction for Estate Planning in 2024. Ms. LaBletta is a graduate of Fordham University Law School, New York, NY (2001), and received a Bachelor of Arts in Classics, Magna Cum Laude, at the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA (1998), where she was the recipient of the Edna Dwyer Grzebien Prize for Proficiency in Modern Languages. Ms. LaBletta routinely educates the community through newsletters and public speaking engagements regarding the importance of estate planning.
