EXPERIENCE MATTERS: Mr. Penoso has been in private practice since October, 1993 serving Jacksonville, Clay, Nassau, Baker, St. John's counties and licensed to practice in all other Circuit and County courts in the State of Florida. Mr. Penoso is licensed in the U.S. Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. Immigration Court, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Penoso is licensed to argue cases before the United States Supreme Court.
