Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

For many defendants named in a lawsuit, we are able to respond from the inception in such a way that the plaintiffs quickly lose interest in prosecuting frivilous suits. On numerous occasions, when we come back with answers and counterclaims, issues are often resolved quicky with very little costs to our clients.

How did you build a successful practice?

By giving our clients real value for their money we have been a loyal following of customers. We work hard to earn and maintain our clients' trust.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

First, they need an attorney with experience in the arena of law they require assistance. Second, they need to find an attorney who will provide them real value for the money.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Each county in Nebraska, whether county court or district court, has their own customs and practices. Having a lawyer familiar with the courts helps clients save time and money. Have a well-known and respected name can help cases settle advantageously to your clients.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

During a free initial consultation, we identify the problem, likely avenues to address the problem, possible obstacles, and foreseeable costs.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

In any consultation, clients need to be candid with their attorney because all information provided with a reasonable expectation of privacy for the purpose of securing legal advice is attorney-client privileged. In exchange, lawyers need to be candid with clients about the risks, weaknesses, and costs of the anticipated legal work.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

At Pirsch Legal Services, we have little overhead or legacy costs. As a result, we can provide clients experienced counsel at real value to the client.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Achieving a positive result for my clients while promoting the interests of justice.

What are your other interests in addition to law?

Writing, animal rescue, family, and exercise.

Are you involved in your community?

As Plato noted, those who are not active in politics are destined to be governed by their inferiors. Attorneys have an obligation to support their communities and provide the benefit of their counsel where appropriate.
