About Peter
Mr. Beadle is a graduate of Binghamton University, where he was awarded a B.A. degree in Political Science, and was the University’s Head Debate Coach. He obtained his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law in 1996, where he was the President of the School’s Jessup International Moot Court Board. During his Law School years he also worked as a legal aide in the Buffalo office of the New York State Attorney General, where he drafted motions and appellate briefs in Civil Rights actions and argued before the Appellate Division on behalf of the State of New York after being granted a practice order. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1997 and subsequently was admitted to the bars of all four New York U.S. Federal District Courts.
Mr. Beadle has significant trial and appellate experience before New York's Federal and State Courts in matters concerning Civil Rights, contract disputes, motor vehicle accidents, and product liability claims. His practice also includes subrogation, medical malpractice, maritime, aviation and premises liability matters. Since 2005 he has served as an arbitrator in the Small Claims Division of the New York City Civil Court.
