Mr. Cipparulo was graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers College in 1987 and was graduated from Seton Hall Law School in 1990. He is Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey since 2006. He completed a one-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Stephen F. Smith, Jr., Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division, New Jersey Superior Court, Morris County, New Jersey in 1991. Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

Children were in dangerous situation with custodial parent. I was able to get the children removed to non-custodial parent because of safety concerns.

A lawyer with good communication skills that will honestly evaluate the client's case while strongly advocating the client's position.

Very important. Relationships are built with the local courts and those relationships allow you to better advocate for the client.
