About Peter
Peter Mooney has 30 years experience in litigating a wide range of business disputes. He has handled disputes involving contracts, insurance coverage, shareholders disputes, accounting and legal malpractice, securities and construction. Peter also has extensive experience representing clients in disputes involving intellectual property, including trademark infringement and trade secrets. He has tried more than 50 commercial cases before juries, judges and arbitrators. Peter has also argued appeals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts and the Third and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
