About Peter
Peter Villari, an equity partner and senior trial counsel at Villari, Brandes & Giannone, P.C., graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, before earning his law degree from Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1977. While at Dickinson, Peter actively participated in the trial moot program, Pennsylvania Legal Services Office and clerked for a Pennsylvania State Senator.
Upon graduation from law school, Peter immediately began litigating cases on behalf of injured victims. Peter developed and maintains a strong understanding of the complex needs and rights of victims injured in motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents and fall accidents, and has handled numerous cases that have set precedent in various industries. Peter has also regularly handled medical malpractice cases having recovered millions of dollars for those injured and disabled by the mistakes of hospitals, doctors and nurses.
Though he continues to handle all types of personal injury cases, Peter now focuses on the representation of children who have suffered catastrophic injuries as a result of preventable birth trauma or after birth negligent medical care. Recognized as a Super Lawyer by his peers, Peter has been asked to frequently lecture to other lawyers on numerous topics and has successfully handled and tried cases in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and numerous other states that have resulted in many multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements.
