About Philip
Philip E. Perrey has been a board certified real estate lawyer since 1988. He practices primarily in real estate law and mortgage law. He assists clients with residential and commercial transactions, financing needs, title insurance, closings and 1031 exchanges. Because of his legal training and knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, he can help clients self apply directly to the secondary market for wholesale rate mortgages with lower closing costs.
Mr. Perrey is a graduate of The University of Florida (bachelor's degree in 1973 and law degree in 1975).
