About Philip
Phil Ryan was born just a few blocks from the White House in Washington D.C.while his father served in the armed services. Phil's father worked his waythrough law school and was ultimately appointed the Presiding Judge of theOklahoma Workers' Compensation Court. Like his father, Phil worked his waythrough law school attending classes at night while working during the day yetstill managed to graduate number four in his class.
As an attorney, Phil has represented the State of Oklahoma liquidatinginsolvent insurance companies on behalf of the Oklahoma Insurance commissioner,participated in jury trials in both the federal and state court systems, andrepresented thousands of injured workers in evidentiary trial before theOklahoma Workers' Court. He has also appeared at hundreds of evidentiaryhearings before federal judges assigned to the Social Security Administration.
Phil loves spending time with his children and family. In the summer theyenjoy time on the lake - in the fall they are "die hard" OklahomaState University football and basketball fans.
