About Pietro
Pietro Joseph D'Angelo is an attorney licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Mr. D'Angelo worked in private practice from 2003-2005, concentrating in criminal defense, plaintiff personal injury, worker's compensation, and small claims. The last three years he has focused on criminal defense at the Montgomery County Public Defender's Office. He has successfully defended hundreds of clients, in three separated counties, accused of all types of felony and/or misdemeanor charges ranging from DUIs, aggravated assaults, prisoner assaults, sexual assaults, simple assaults, drug delivery charges, burglary, armed robbery, robbery, theft, forgery, and stolen vehicles resulting in either a non-trial disposition or was litigated before a jury or in front of a Common Pleas Judge. Additionally, Mr. D'Angelo represented clients in hundreds of county and state violations of probation and parole resulting in either a contested or stipulated hearings.
Mr. D'Angelo is also a member of the Board of Arbitrators in Montgomery County. Arbitration cases are civil cases where the Plaintiff is requesting less than $50,000. The arbitrators are the finders of fact and assess damages. He is also a member of the Montgomery County Bar Associations.
He obtained his J.D. degree in 2003 from Widener University School Law. Prior to law school, he spent seven years in the corporate financial arena, working as a controller for a large manufacturing company. Mr. D'Angelo obtained a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy from Villanova in 1993.
