Karen and her staff were excellent in every way to me, after countless hrs of information that was not needed in this case because of a unreasonable person Karen did everything she could to end my case. i highly recommend her she is fair and will try to settle your case without dragging it on. i highly recommend Karen!!!!

Hire this law firm if you want to lose your child! Horrible and then they sent me a link to review them so here goes. A simple vacation turned into a nightmare because of incompetence. They started a fight that they kept dropping the ball on. Then they didn’t show up to court. I lost my son because after 8k no one showed up and they granted the motion. Now They have billed me another 5600 for prep of a hearing that they claimed they never knew about. Hmmmm again run. The mess and the amount of money I have to pay to get my son back now because of it is crazy. How does an attorney not show up and not tell you to go. I hired him because I live in Florida. I would have driven all night if I had to. If he only told me he was not going to attend. Now the other side has taken complete advantage. I wasn’t going to write a review except that 1: they keep sending me the link 2: they have sent my new attorney my bills as attachment’s with confidential info on it.

Very bad representation of an officer of the court, just about every document that was ever prepared was incorrect was billed for a relative’s case that had nothing to do with me, they showed up an hour late for a court date with no phone call or good excuse to me or the court and still continued billing. From day one it was an absolutely terrible experience, then the office and Karen blow it off and speak to you as if it’s no big deal and treat you like you know nothing. When I call, her office even says “oh don’t worry, you’re not the only one calling” when I call the court myself as well as other attorneys I know it’s the exact same reaction “I have heard a lot of things about them” including attorneys that work for the court. I am planning on filing an official complaint with the disciplinary board for PA. On top of this 1.5 year circus she still continues to try and bill me, it’s clear that only one thing matters to this office. It’s a real shame. The only thing consistent about this office is the billing, they claim to "try and reach out to me" the only way they try and reach me is billing … trust me, stay away.

Receptionist was very polite and kind. Matthew the attorney was knowledgeable and straightforward and explained everything and took the time to listen to what I had to say and didn't rush me. He also answered all my questions.

This is Sonia. Karen Legal is a talented and caring agency especially herself and her team. She is very professional and response well to all my e-mails and phone calls. I had another law firm before Karen's for my divorce case and when I decided to stay with this agency, I was not disappointed. Even though there are some ups and downs, everyone is willing to cooperate and help me along the way. Her staff is quick to answer my calls or return back to me whenever I need an update on my case or if I do not understand much. The law firm staff work so well together and their organization is top notch especially Karen herself and Kim, collections specialist who is willing to answer all my questions involving finances. Karen and Kim never hesitate to answer my calls and if they are busy, they are always able to return it. I am very blessed to have such an amazing attorney and law firm during/currently my case.
