Michael Giannini v. Firemen’s Civil Service Comm. of City of Huntington, et al.
Respondent: Attorney for respondent, Firemen's Civil Service Commission. The respondent appealed a decision made by the circuit court which found that they did not have just cause to terminate the employment of Firefighter Michael Giannini. After review of the case the decision was reversed and the court found in favorite of the respondent-appellant.
Attorney for the Plaintiff in an automobile accident case in which said Plaintiff was involved in a car accident and was seriously injured. The Defendant's auto insurance failed to pay for damages, leading the Plaintiff to sue for medical bill expenses and loss of earning capacity. Final verdict on this 2008 case is not documented.
