About Rachael
Rachael Nass, Esq., of counsel attorney to Davis Saperstein & Salomon, P.C, is a native of Brooklyn, New York and has relocated to Northern, New Jersey. She currently devotes her practice to litigating serious and complex personal injury actions, including construction accidents, trucking accidents and wrongful death actions.
Rachael graduated with outstanding achievement from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1990 majoring in Political Science. Rachael graduated Cum Laude from Brooklyn Law School in 1993 earning her Juris Doctorate. Rachael is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of both New York and New Jersey. Rachael began practicing law in a small personal injury firm in New York City. Rachael joined Davis Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. in 2004 specializing in complex litigation. In the 14 years that Rachael has been practicing law, she has successfully litigated actions against building owners, construction companies, trucking companies and product manufacturers in both states.
Rachael is currently a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
