Austin attorney Rachel Crutchfield brings a unique perspective to her clients. Rachel’s litigation experience began in 1999 in Beaumont, Texas on the other side of the docket as an insurance defense attorney.
Rachel and her family eventually moved to Austin, and she opened her private practice in the beautiful Hill Country in 2014. As a solo practitioner, Rachel was able to follow her passion for advocacy and shift her primary focus to representing injured individuals in personal injury lawsuits and individual and business clients in DTPA, commercial, and business tort litigation. Her practice includes litigation arising out of car, truck, bus, and bike accidents; premises liability and slip and falls; products liability including medical device and pharmaceutical litigation; Deceptive Trade Practice-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) actions; and business torts and fraud claims.
Rachel graduated from Texas Tech School of Law in 1999. During law school Rachel enjoyed her time as a briefing clerk for the Honorable J.Q. Warnick, Magistrate for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Lubbock Division. Rachel and her husband, Barry, are active members of the Dripping Springs community, where their three sons attend school.
