Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
(1) Father got joint custody on a case Mother was seeking sole custody. (2) We successfully defeated an Order of Protection against a Father with an infant child and was successful in obtaining joint custody for Father with overnight visitation (3) We successfully had thrown out Mother's petition for an Order of Protection against Father and her request for sole custody and exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence. Father got Full Custody of the 2 children the house was sold and Mother had to pay father child support.

We respond to clients within 24 hours; reputation is that we are aggressive and passionate about our work; pay attention to detail.

Knowledge of the law, Presentation of arguments; ability to make position clear.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
It's good for the attorneys to know the judges but it's more important that they know the rules and procedures.

For a divorce case: Names of all parties; ages of children; income; assets and liabilities.

When I am able to get divorcing parents to work together for the sake of the children.

Yes. Volunteer in my son's school; volunteer to help feed to less fortunate ones; take my son to the nursing homes to visit; coach my son's baseball team in District - won the championship.
