$7 million verdict involving a wrongful death in a Nursing Home Neglect Case. $1.475 million verdict in a slip and fall case where the restaurant owners failed to clean a spill after being warned twice of the presence of the spill causing a customer to fall and sustain serious permanent injuries. $1.6 million verdict in a case involving a defective saw which malfunctioned due to defective design and maintenance causing a near amputation of the leg of a worker. $400,000 settlement of a case involving injuries to a truck driver as a result of a wheel coming off of another vehicle causing him to leave the road and suffer severe injuries as a result. $450,000 settlement involving a motor vehicle accident where the client while operating a company vehicle was struck by an oncoming vehicle which was passing illegally. $750,000 settlement before trial involving a motor vehicle forced from the road by a tractor trailer. $250,000 settlement involving an individual who was struck by a passing car while he was attending to a disabled vehicle on the side of a roadway.
