Rammy G. Barbari is a partner at Price Benowitz LLP, where he brings over a decade of high-level trial experience to the firm’s personal injury and civil litigation practice. Having handled more than 10,000 cases and hundreds of bench and jury trials, Rammy now channels his extensive courtroom experience into helping individuals and families recover after serious injury or wrongful death.

Rammy is known for his strategic mindset, sharp courtroom instincts, and results-driven advocacy. He approaches every case as if it will go to trial, allowing him to anticipate the defense’s next move and secure favorable outcomes for his clients. Before focusing on personal injury, Rammy led Price Benowitz’s federal white-collar defense group, where he managed complex cases involving financial crimes, public corruption, and regulatory matters. Earlier in his career, he served as a prosecutor in Fairfax County, Virginia, trying and supervising a wide range of cases—from violent felonies to fraud and narcotics offenses. He also clerked for the Honorable Claude M. Hilton of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, gaining deep insight into federal motion practice and trial procedure.

A graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Rammy combines discipline, precision, and strategic thinking in every case he handles. Fluent in Arabic and Spanish, he draws from a global perspective shaped by his early work in international business development, where he secured over $500 million in contracts for a private security firm in the Middle East.
