How did you build a successful practice?
One client at a time Since 1994 by personally handling their cases and investing myself to a good outcome. I care for my clients and the results we obtain.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Honesty, Longevity, and Ability. Most LARGE Firms delegate 90% of their files to attorneys whom have been licensed for under 5 years.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
It is very important to know the Local processes, procedures, Court Staff, and the Judges to gain an advantage in a case.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
A date and time wherein we can meet and the documents that you should bring to your Free Consultation.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
The basic facts of your case. Then we can schedule a Free Consultation to discuss your case in detail.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I personally draft all my pleadings, motions, and orders. I do not delegate legal-work to non-attorneys like most firms. I will personally know you and your case.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Helping people and witnessing the results.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
I am a Private Pilot, I belong to a charity Rode Bike Team, love to read, play chess, and I love to raise a variety of vegetables in my garden.
Are you involved in your community?
Since 2005 I have hosted an Annual Christmas Toy Drive (and food) for St. Vincent de Paul at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Since 2014 I have trained, rode, and raised thousands of dollars to support the National MS Society. I have been involved with wonderful organizations..for example: ACTS, St. Vincent de Paul, Boy Scouts of America and several scholarship funds.
