Raymond Rounds is a former member of the active U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General Corps, and a retired Judge Advocate from the Air Force Reserves. In addition to his law degree, he has a Masters Degree in Tax Law.

Publications

Drafted educational, uplifting, age-appropriate legal ations/scripts designed for teaching elementary school-age children about law and courtroom practices. The ations include instructions and introduction to some aspect of evidence and procedure. The American Bar Association publishes and sells these ations nationwide. They have been ed in Northern Utah elementary schools for years.
