I offer in-person consultations at no charge Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on family law matters. There is no charge for an in-office consultation unless you decide to retain the firm on a family law matter; if you do retain us, that consultation time is simply credited against your retainer. There is never an obligation, and you are welcome to come in, discuss your situation, and decide afterward. If you'd prefer to meet remotely or outside of regular hours, I also offer the following options: * Phone Consultation (30 minutes) – $100 – Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Paid before scheduling. * Evening Zoom Consultation – $350 – Monday through Thursday, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and also available on weekends. Paid before scheduling. This is ideal if you can't get away from work and would rather meet from home after hours. For clients with active or developing matters, I also offer longer strategy sessions. These are comprehensive working meetings to review case developments, evaluate your options, discuss litigation strategy, and prepare for upcoming hearings, mediation, trial, or settlement: * Second Visit / Weekend Strategy Session – $350 – Paid before scheduling or at the time of the visit. * Comprehensive Weekend Strategy Session – $350 – An in-depth session by appointment only, for case brainstorming, evidence review, and witness or case preparation. (For weekend sessions, prospective clients are responsible for meal expenses during the meeting.) These fixed fees cover the filing fee, one certified copy, all attorney and paralegal time, copies, postage, and in-person notary services. Contested matters and those requiring service of an unwilling spouse are handled on a retainer basis, and I'm happy to review the specifics with you at your consultation so you have a clear picture before you commit to anything.
