Rebecca Edwards is an Associate Attorney at The Colwell Law Group, LLC’s Saratoga regional office. Ms. Edwards comes to the firm as an accomplished trial and litigation attorney, representing both private and indigent individuals. Ms. Edwards thoughtfully and aggressively advocates for and with her clients as their respective matters progress through New York State’s Court systems.

Prior to becoming an Associate Attorney at The Colwell Law Group, LLC, Ms. Edwards worked in Vermont-based law firms specializing in the areas of family, contract, business, and labor and employment laws. Ms. Edwards represented clients before courts and other adjudicating bodies, where she worked in the area of parental rights and responsibilities and in complex matters involving domestic violence. Ms. Edwards also developed an expertise in handling criminal cases, where she litigated misdemeanors and felonies from arraignment to trial.
Ms. Edwards graduated from William S. Richardson School of Law at University of Hawai’i at Mānoa (Honolulu, HI). Ms. Edwards received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Boston University. Ms. Edwards is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Vermont.
Ms. Edwards is an avid horse trainer and competitor, and previously worked as a horse-riding instructor. Ms. Edwards is also a passionate traveler, especially to destinations in the Americas and the European Union.
