About Rebecca

I am a partner in the Naples office of Aiken, O'Halloran and Associates. I was born and raised in Warren, Michigan. I have always had an interest in the law. I received my undergraduate degree in Political Science from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan and my JD from Wayne State University School of Law in Detroit. While in law school, I completed an internship for a Circuit Court Judge in Oakland County, Michigan. Prior to my move to Florida I worked for six years at a law firm in Michigan with a focus in civil litigation.  Following my move to Naples, Florida I took the Florida Bar exam in February 2003 and was sworn in to practice law in May 2003. In September 2003, I joined Pete Aiken and Sean O'Halloran as the partner and lead attorney in the Naples office.  My background in civil practice gives me a unique perspective in the practice of law and compliments the background and experience of the trial team at Aiken, O'Halloran and Associates.  The Naples office handles all State and Federal criminal offenses.  While we provide aggressive and zealous representation for our clients, we never forget the person that is often facing one of the most difficult times of their lives.  We are trial attorneys with the experience and expertise to provide the representation that the people of Collier County expect and demand.
