Rebecca M. Pepin originally joined Gerald L. Jorgensen in legal practice in 1992. For ten years, Rebecca M. Pepin practiced primarily domestic and criminal law, also providing mediation and arbitration services. Currently, she focuses primarily on civil and criminal litigation. Rebecca M. Pepin also provides mediation and arbitration services.

In 1989 Rebecca M. Pepin graduated from Pomona College in Claremont California with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Public Policy Analysis. While in college, Rebecca M. Pepin interned with a local domestic violence shelter, and with the Pomona District Attorney’s office as a victim advocate. Ms. Pepin wrote her undergraduate thesis on “Proposition B: A Victim’s Bill of Rights.”

Rebecca M. Pepin returned to her home state of Colorado to attend the University of Denver College of Law and graduated with her doctorate in 1992. While in law school, Rebecca M. Pepin interned at the Jefferson County battered women’s shelter, and also at the Jefferson County District Attorney’s office. Additionally, she clerked for a sole practitioner in Denver interviewing clients and drafting legal brief regarding criminal issues.

Upon graduation from law school Rebecca M. Pepin began clerking for Gerald Jorgensen and joined his firm in 1992 and became a partner in 1994. She practiced a wide variety of law, including general civil litigation, family law, mediation, criminal law, probate, bankruptcy and estate planning. Rebecca Pepin also performed as a Guardian ad Litem in domestic cases and was appointed as a Child Family Investigator.

Rebecca M. Pepin took some time off from the practice of law to further her education and to teach. During this time, she continued her mediation and arbitration practice. Rebecca M. Pepin now focuses her practice of law primarily on civil and criminal litigation, as well as wills, trusts, and estates.

Rebecca M. Pepin is licensed to practice law before all Colorado State Courts and the United States District Court For the District of Colorado. She is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Boulder County Bar Association. She volunteers for the American Red Cross teaching CPR and First Aid, and is a board member of Flagstaff Academy.
