About Reid
During virtually his entire career, Reid has specialized in corporate, securities and business matters for public and private companies, securities brokerage firms, investment banking firms, venture capitalists, other financial services organizations and private entrepreneurs. He has extensive experience in purchasing and selling businesses, public offerings (for both underwriters and issuers), SEC compliance and enforcement, private placements, mergers and acquisitions and the formation of start-up companies. Reid also advises board members in internal investigations and on the sale of corporate control.
Much of Reids experience over his 25 year career with Jones Keller has been representation of issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings in a variety of industries including banking, technology, insurance, oil gas and hedge/private equity funds.
He has been a Public Arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. since 1989 and has served as an expert witness on several securities law matters.
