About Reuben

Reuben has amassed extensive litigation experience having worked as an associate attorney for civil litigation firms in Sacramento and in the Bay Area. He has also represented clients as the Principal of Nocos Law Firm and most recently, as the head of the Litigation Practice of Nocos & Kudiya, LLP.  Mr. Nocos represented numerous individual and small business clients in matters ranging from medical malpractice, personal injury, construction defect, breach of contract and debt collection. He has also counseled small businesses in forming entities and negotiating contracts and other transactional matters.

Most recently, he has been active in representing clients involved in mortgage and real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant matters. He has served as lead counsel on a number of trials. Mr. Nocos currently provides general counsel duties to small businesses and tech startups.
