Richard D. He frequently speaks to insurance carriers and employer groups on current and evolving issues impacting Maine workers' compensation law. He is admitted to the Maine bar and the bar of the United States District Court - District of Maine, and is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. Mr. Bayer is a volunteer attorney for the Maine Volunteer Lawyers' Project, is a member of the Town of Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals, and is a former member of the Town of Falmouth Board of Assessment Review and Sewer Appeals.
