About Richard

After graduation from Indiana University in 1973, Rick took one year off before entering law school. Rick graduated from the University of Denver Law School in 1977 and has been practicing in the Denver metropolitan area since being admitted to the bar in 1978.

Rick attended Hastings College of Trial Advocacy to hone his litigation skills and has been emphasizing Civil Litigation throughout his legal career. Rick is also trained in collaborative family law.

Rick's practice emphasizes litigation and appeals in the areas of Personal Injury, Domestic Relations, Business Disputes and Employment Law.

Rick has been an Officer, Director and Shareholder of Inman Flynn Biesterfeld Brentlinger & Moritz, P.C. since 1987.

Rick has handled hundreds of divorce cases, some with complicated and contentious custody and visitation issues. Rick also has vast experience in handling high asset divorces with marital estates in excess of one million dollars.
