Recently I uncovered a company's books to find that it had actually underpaid my client over $60,000, a nice bonus.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Very helpful, especially for getting the most detailed facts that can impact the case.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
An overview of my experience and knowledge in dealing with the client\'s circumstances, and then a proposal of how any legal actions can proceed.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
First and foremost I will need the potential client's full name and any adverse parties' names in order to make sure there is no conflict of interest. Once that is cleared, additional details of the facts which led the client to search for legal options as a resolution.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
My cost is less as a solo practitioner with minimal overhead. Allowing the client to perform non-legal tasks associated with any necessary steps further reduces my billing time.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Being successful.

AI's impact on human behavior.
