Questions & Answers
Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
In a number of chapter 13 bankruptcy cases I have successfully enabled my clients to essentially eliminate their second mortgage by paying a small percentage and stripping off their mortgage lien. In at least 2 foreclosure cases I have been able to prevail and eliminate the mortgage, although one such case is on appeal. In a credit card defense I successfully obtained a dismissal of the case.
