Biography:
Born May 29, 1943 to Mel and Atlje Manske as youngest of four children. Grew up in El Campo, Texas and was involved member of both Trinity and Christ Lutheran Churches (and still a member of Christ Lutheran Church). Married high school sweetheart, Peggy Treadaway and have two sons. Charles, a graduate of South Texas College of Law and William, a pilot with Southwest Airlines.
