Practice Experience:
Rich practiced for 13 years at Missouri's second largest firm, doing primarily defense litigation with an emphasis on product liability and insurance coverage issues; since 1992, he has practiced with this firm in all aspects of civil litigation, plaintiff and defense.
Professional Activities:
Rich has served as Reporter for the Missouri Supreme Court Committee on Civil Jury Instructions (MAI) from 1991 to 2003. He has been continuously listed in Best Lawyers in America since 1997. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, and a frequent lecturer at attorney educational seminars. Rich is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
