In a telephone conversation, we can pretty well determine whether or not a case MIGHT have merit. Oftentimes people are injured through no fault of their own, but the laws are stacked against them and they can not recover. However, we often get around these walls.

I personally have over 45 years of practice representing injured people. We exclusively represent injured people and have never represented insurance companies, corporations, doctors or hospitals. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is seeing people recover for wrongs that have been committed against them.

Some of my other interests are traveling, running and farming.
