Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
While on vacation in Washington, D.C. visiting a museum, I sat down in the lobby, and on a cell phone worked a settlement with opposing counsel of a large debt owed to a commercial client. This ended up being paid in a few months.

By having a long and faithful relationship with clients.

Very important as I file and defend lawsuits in both county and state courts where I know the judges.
