About Richard
Richard has been Managing Partner of Ziegler, Metzger & Miller since 1989. He and his wife, Cindy, live in Painesville Township, Ohio. They have three children, Lila and Lisa (twins) and Bob. He is Trustee for the National Hospice Foundation, Past President of the Fine Arts Association and a past President of Hospice of the Western Reserve.
Richard worked for bank trust departments for 13 years before joining the firm. His practice is concentrated in planning and administering trusts and estates for high net worth clients, their businesses and real estate. Richard has been appointed by probate judges to correct the actions and misdoings of guardians, executors and trustees.
