Richard W. Whittemore has resided in the Norfolk / Virginia Beach area of Tidewater all of his life and has been actively practicing law since 1981. After practicing with a larger firm for nine years, he opened his own office in 1990. His broad legal experience covers a wide range of legal issues, but with a primary focus on personal injury, business and real estate matters.
