Shawn Howard earned his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of North Carolina, graduating with honors. He represents North Carolinians throughout the state who have been seriously injured due to another person’s negligence or intentional wrongdoing. Shawn was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2016-2020. For the past two years, he has been rated as a Super Lawyer. He is a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, organizations with membership restricted to those attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar settlements or verdicts for their clients. Shawn lives in Raleigh with his wife Samantha, son Evan, and daughter Quinn.

Williams, Jr., and the national law firm of Porter Wright Morris and Arthur, LLP in their Columbus, Ohio, office. Attorney Frasier earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Hampton University and his Juris Doctor Degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. He has also served as an adjunct professor at NCCU School of Law. Attorney Frasier is also an advisor and investor in numerous small businesses and ventures throughout the region.
