Robert E. Coughlon, Jr., is a partner in the law firm of Allen, Tunac & Coughlon, PLLC. Mr. Coughlon grew up in southern California. He graduated from high school in Moorpark, California. Mr. Coughlon attended college at the University of Iowa, where he majored in English, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. At that time, Mr. Coughlon returned to California and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law in 1993. In law school, Mr. Coughlon was a member of the Moot Court team and competed nationally.

Mr. Coughlon has been a licensed attorney since 1993. He is a member of the California Bar Association and Arizona Bar Association.
