Represented a battered wife and obtained one of the largest alimony awards on record in the county.
How did you build a successful practice?
I try to give each client a fair assessment of what they will see in court so that they can evaluate when or if to resolve their case.

You want a lawyer who has extensive local experience in the area of your legal problem.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
In family law, local knowledge is extremely important, since judges and local court requirements can vary greatly from district to district.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
I can help the client get to the root of their problem and advise them what I can do for them in court and out of court and can also help them evaluate whether they even need a lawyer for their issue.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
For the client to be able to give me a brief overview of the problem, what has happened in court or in negotiations up to this point, and what their timetable is for getting things done.

Experience, reasonable cost, giving clients complete and accurate advice.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
When I am able to help someone through a difficult legal case and see them happy on the other side.
