Identity of employer or employee. How long the employee has been employed, in what position(s), and for what compensation. Is there a Union? Copies of the employee's performance review and personnel file. A description of the action(s) which the employee claims violated the law.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I am certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and have tried cases to jury verdict. Representation of both employers and employees provides insight into adversaries' strategy.
