About Robert

Robert Gregory first began practicing law in California in 1995, where he focused on corporate law. After moving to Arizona in 2000, Robert became licensed in Arizona and began practicing employment law and medical malpractice. He has successfully represented hundreds of people during his 25 years as an attorney, including over 1,000 in two class action law suits that resulted in a major victory against the employer who sought to take away the employees' medical insurance benefits after they retired.

Robert has an extensive background in the medical field, having spent his undergraduate college education earning a degree in Pre-Medicine, and having completed an internship at Long Beach Veterans Memorial Hospital, where he worked in the cardiology unit. Robert's current practice focuses almost entirely on medical negligence, personal injury, dog bite cases, medical devices, and wrongful death.

Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

I represented a family with several children who were injured in an auto accident. The driver who caused the accident sought to avoid liability, but my firm was able to secure a favorable settlement due to aggressive efforts.

How did you build a successful practice?

I have been building my practice over the last 25 years. I have worked closely with my clients, making myself accessible to them at all times during my representation. Many of my new cases come to me by way of referral of past clients. I am a small firm that emphasizes taking care of my client personally.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Someone who is willing to communicate with their clients at all times, and who cares about what happened to them.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

It is very important. I know the attorneys who are often on the other side of the table from me, and that helps me to secure favorable settlements for my clients.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

What to expect in a lawsuit, how the client can help me to achieve a favorable result, and how long the litigation might last.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

I generally need to know when the injury occurred, what the circumstances were giving rise to the injury, what medical or other records the person has collected or will need to collect, what insurance the person has, who the medical providers are, and other personal information, including a narrative about what caused the injury.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

I am dedicated to meeting my client's expectations and being extremely accessible to my clients. I answer every phone call, every email, and every input from my clients.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

I enjoy having a client truly satisfied at the end of a case. Their thanks is what motivates me to do the best job I can.

What are your other interests in addition to law?

I am an avid outdoorsman. I love fishing, hiking, riding bikes, camping, and astronomy.

Are you involved in your community?

I serve youth groups for my church and work with community food banks to make food available to needy families.
