Practice Area: Wrongful death Date: Jan 22, 2009 Outcome: $2,000,000.00 Verdict Description: Truck driver lost control of his vehicle and ran off the roadway. In the process his truck flipped on its side and he was impaled by a improperly installed crash cushion.

Anderson v. Schneider National, Inc., Birmingham, Alabama

Practice Area: Trucking accident Date: Mar 16, 2005 Outcome: $12,500,000.00 Verdict Description: Trucking Company failed to ensure that its driver was medically qualified to driver its 18-wheeler. As a result its truck driver blacked out behind the wheel and killed another driver.

Kennemore v Reed Contracting, Huntsville AL

Practice Area: Personal injury Date: Jan 13, 2012 Outcome: $200,000.00 Verdict Description: Defendants concrete truck ran a red light and hit client who was legally in intersection. Client had approximately $25,000.00 in medical bills but faced an uncertain and potentially severe medical future.

Tyler v. Progressive Insurance, Anniston Alabama

Practice Area: Motorcycle accident Date: May 09, 2007 Outcome: $2,500,000.00 Verdict Description: Driver failed to yield at a stop sign and pulled into motorcyclists path of travel. Motorcyclist was killed and his estate brought claims against his own insurance company for underinsured motorist benefits.
