This last year I stepped into a case wherein a local mom-and-pop car dealer was sued by a national auction company. After a few months of counter-suing and pushing the case, I was able to get a dismissal on all counts. Additionally, I represented a local father who had his parental rights suspended. The mother hired a team of therapists to discredit the father. We took the case to trial and were able to completely discredit every therapist. The Court sided with our client.

I began my legal career in a single room with a cell phone and a laptop. I took cases all over Kansas and Missouri, often driving hours every morning and night. We took cases that no one else wanted. In those early days, we took several "unwinnable" cases against tough litigators across the state. In a few short years, the practice has grown based on excellent results. We have three employees and a much larger office.
