Recently argued a case before the NJ Supreme Court dealing with the right of a child to oppose -- and the right of a father to demand -- a DNA test of an adult child when paternity may be an issue.

It is extremely helpful if the attorney practices regularly in the County in which the case is pending.

Economic information such as incomes of the parties, estimated monthly bills, information concerning assets and liabilities, and any information related to the children if custody or time-sharing is going to be an issue.
