Questions & Answers
Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
Our client was seriously injured in a store front crash while walking into a store being hit by a teenaged driver. The bollards were placed to protect the building and not the customer. We brought a claim against the store for negligent design and received a large settlement for our client. Our client was bit by a dog and his upper lip was severed causing nerve damage and a partial speech impediment. We brought a claim against the homeowner and was successful in obtaining a large settlement for our client. Our client was t-boned at an intersection resulting in fractures and soft tissue injuries. We brought a claim for the serious injuries and was successful in obtaining a significant settlement prior to filing suit.
How did you build a successful practice?
We built a practice since 2004 based on the fundamental principle of client service. Our client's come first. A case is the most important matter in a client's life and we take over the legal headaches so that they can focus on getting better! At the end of the case, we deliver the results they deserve!
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Someone who is a zealous advocate for their client to make sure they turn over every stone so they get the justice they deserve!
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Imperative. We practice in all Superior Courts in New Hampshire and licensed in Massachusetts as well and we therefore are in a great position to advocate for our client's rights.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
Whether it makes sense to have an attorney fighting for the client. How we may make a difference. How we can recover medical payments, pain and suffering, lost wages, wrongful death or disability for our clients.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
The name, address, email and phone number of the potential client, how and when the injury occurred. Who the other party is. The injuries suffered to the injured party.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
Our tenacity to turn over every stone and make sure our client gets all that he or she deserves and is fairly compensated for any injuries that may be long lasting.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
When we can put a client back to the position they were in before the accident so that they can move forward with their life with no further disruption.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
Family, reading and sports.
Are you involved in your community?
Yes, I donate time to underprivileged kids who go to trade schools to further their education through a local not for profit organization.
